1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of JD Align QuickPacks, operated by JD Align Pty Ltd (ABN 87 695 417 648) ("JD Align", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuickPacks provides one-time digital generation of structured interview packs, technical quizzes, and cognitive tests based on the job information you submit.
The Service provides AI-generated content designed to assist hiring teams. JD Align does not make hiring decisions and does not guarantee hiring outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use JD Align. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Payments
QuickPacks is offered on a one-time purchase basis for digital content delivered immediately after generation.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). JD Align does not store full payment card details.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, purchases are non-refundable once a pack or quiz has been generated, except where required by law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Taxes are included where applicable unless stated otherwise.
5. Use of Service
You agree to use JD Align only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Submit content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Misuse the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
6. Data Processing
Job information you provide is stored in Microsoft Azure and processed by AI services to generate interview or quiz packs. By using JD Align, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
JD Align and its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of JD Align and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. AI Limitations
You acknowledge that AI-generated content is probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for specific roles or jurisdictions.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and adapting all generated content before use. JD Align does not guarantee accuracy, compliance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
8A. Compliance with Employment Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of interview packs, quizzes, or cognitive tests complies with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws. JD Align does not review or approve hiring criteria or decisions.
9. Termination
We may refuse or suspend access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform, other users, or our business.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Align is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of business, revenue, or reputational harm.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, JD Align's total aggregate liability arising from your use of QuickPacks is limited to the amount you paid for the specific pack giving rise to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
JD Align is not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including cloud provider outages, cyber incidents, government actions, or natural disasters.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
