JD Align Pty Ltd (ABN 87 695 417 648) operates JD Align QuickPacks, a one-time digital content generation service. QuickPacks generates interview packs and quiz packs based on job information you provide. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may be considered for digital purchases.
2. Refunds
QuickPacks delivers digital content immediately after generation. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable once a pack or quiz has been successfully generated and made available to you.
If you were charged in error, experienced a technical failure preventing delivery, or believe there has been a billing mistake, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer laws.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, we will provide remedies for major failures or other circumstances mandated by consumer protection legislation.
4. Cancellations
QuickPacks is not a subscription service. There are no recurring payments.
You may abandon checkout at any time before payment. Once payment is completed and a pack is generated, the transaction is considered final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing issues promptly.
Abuse of chargeback mechanisms or fraudulent payment disputes may result in restricted access to our services.
